HITACHI MICROWAVE Model: MRR-6650 the machine does not recognize the operation from the front panel

Symptom:  Cannot operate by press a button on the front of the machine/the machine does not recognize the operation from the front panel.

Troubleshooting Methods:

1. Does 220 AC wire, minor wires or socket is ok?
2. Does fuse is broken?
3. Found a burn on the PCB. Check internal equipment is not damaged - in normal condition.
4. Check 220 VAC power at the control panel transformer - in normal condition
5. Check the mechanism and the switch to open and close the door) - normal condition
6. There is a power to wait at the relay - in normal condition
7. DC power is released from the Bridge Rectifier - normal condition

Summary from Investigation:

1. It was found that the burn marks on the printing plate at Q3, R7, R8, R9, ZD3 and ZD4
2. Solder marks under printed sheets wear out. Solder The device leg is loose.

Resolution:

Remove all old lead, keep soldering with new lead, clean print sheet And test the machine again.

Result:

Able to press control panel to operate from the front of the machine to return to normal use - set the time for work / warm up hot food.

LAPTOP ACER ASPIRE Model: 4736Z Reboot repeatedly every 6 - 8 seconds

 

Symptom: Reboot repeatedly every 6 - 8 seconds before entering Windows

   Troubleshooting Methods:

1. Check the Power Supply / DC Adapter - Measure the power output from the adapter to see if the power is sufficient to supply the notebook.

2. Check RAM - Remove. Use an eraser to scrub clean the legs of the RAM. Check Hard Disk - Unplug and take the SATA to USB connector to insert and check with other notebooks to see if there is a Bad Sector or not.

3. Check Hard Disk - Unplug and take the SATA to USB connector to insert and check with other notebooks to see if there is a Bad Sector or not.

Summary from Investigation:

1. Power Supply - Working properly
2. RAM - Working properly
3. Hard Disk – Working properly

*Dust detected on the CPU cooling fan and the CPU heat sink began to bend out of the CPU. The two reasons directly affect the higher heat of the notebook. Is to keep the heat down, so the protection in the notebook system shuts down so as not to damage the CPU

Resolution:

1. Cleaning blows dust off the motherboard and CPU fan.
2. Remove the CPU sink to allow it to be attached to the CPU for better heat transfer.
3. Wipe clean the old silicone stains and add new silica.

Result:

Can be used as usual

SAMSUNG PLASMA TV 43”: The sound of the relay is "TIK-TOK", press the remote control, the TV does not turn on and there is no screen image

Symptom:  The sound of the relay is "TIK-TOK", press the remote control, the TV does not turn on and there is no screen image.

Troubleshooting Methods:

1. Check the Power Supply Board. Power measurement VS = 207 V Normal VA = 5V
2. Check the Main Board and Control Board.
3. heck these components with Ohm Meter to see which are shorted+ or not.

• Y- SUS Board
• Y-DRIVE Board

Summary from Investigation:

1. Power Supply Board is working properly
2. X- Board is working properly
3. Main Board is working properly
4. Control Board is working properly
5. Y-DRIVE Board is working properly

* Y- SUS Board is crashed:
 

1. IGBT Q5000 is shorted
2. C5064 is shorted
3. D5014 is shorted
4. D5032 is shorted
5. C5092is crashed(No ohm)

Resolution:

Replaced all above devices.

Result:

Able to turn on-off TV by using remote control or power button
